Outside box damaged.

Hi

We had our outside grey box installed about 20 years ago. It’s now falling apart with the front constantly blowing off in the lightest of breezes!

We also don’t have a landline or tv services from Virgin, just broadband, so would like to replace and tidy up the large number of cables which run across the front of the house before we paint or render it.

Does anyone know how we go about arranging for this with Virgin or can we just remove the cables we no longer need ourselves?
