Other homes in my street are on virgin but I cant

Hi all. I've recently moved house and was a virgin media customer for 9 years, unfortunately I had to leave as I was told that my new home wasn't able to have virgin media but 2 doors down have it. Tried to speak to someone at virgin about this even filled out the availability form but got nowhere so thought I'd try this. If anyone csn help that would be amazing as I'd love to come back to Virgin

    Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear your new home is not listed as registered for services. This can sometimes happen even when there are other homes in the area with Virgin Media due to the service limitation, or the property sitting on the edge of our networking area.

If you've spoken to the new customer sales team on 0800 183 1234, they are able to see if we can send out a spotter to see if the property is serviceable or not. This can only be requested if a spotter has not been recently.

Another reason your property may be showing as non-serviceable is if the property has had the service removed upon request. To confirm, are you the freeholder of the property, or are you leasing/renting the property? If you're renting, please reach out to your landlord and check to see if the service was removed, as you would need their permission to be able to request installation.
