Only have the email of pre-contract checks and not hearing back after placing order

Hello, I have placed an order for wifi hub but I only have got the email and sms of the pre-contract checks and I have not heard back afterwards. I thought that the order did not go through so I placed another order again. I’m now worried that I’m going to charge twice now. But I still haven’t heard back from my first order about confirmation of the order and the delivery date of my wifi router.

    Don't worry about the charge. There can only be one direct debit for a contract and only contract for each address. 

    Your only problem is when you might the Hub. Do you know if your property already has a Virginmedia connection?
