Not received router or box
I was supposed to receive my package on 4th December got a text from yodel saying there is a delay and your package will now be delivered on 3rd December ! In the past
rang up and was reassure you’ll definitely get it 9th or 10th was told would have a call back on 10th to check and no one rang me back
11th I ring again and I explain I ask of engineer who is coming on Thursday to put a new cover on brown box can bring one was told don’t worry your be up and running very soon can’t give date told is problem at warehouse
it is now 13th December no internet which means no tv as smart tv don’t have an aerial
its Christmas and all the kids presents are pretty much internet related
some one please help ! I don’t have unlimited mobile data either
should I just leave Virgin and try someone else to be up and running before Xmas they aren’t giving me a clear answer
I left sky as they’re internet went down again and rather than book a sky engineer I went with Virgin was told how good they are but am so dissatisfied
