No welcome email, account number or email notifications. no connection established till today.

Hi 
I have only SMS from Virgin media with a pre contract not in my name. Then your packet arrives and is not able to be connected till today. No welcome email, no account number ,no notifications and a Direct debit is taken of 48 pounds today without connection being established which is a gross violation. I demand termination of all services with refund of debited money with penal interest immediately as the contract is not in my name. No login details or access to my accounts are available to me. I have contacted your customer care last week.
