No speed boost with Volt upgrade

Can someone explain what I need to do to get my Volt download speed boost please? My Volt benefit is active now and I can see that my package has changed from M125 to M250 on my account and when I do a speed test, I can see that it says M250 in the bottom left corner but the download speed is still about 130. I was told by customer services that once the benefit was active the speed beast would happen pretty soon after is there something else I need to do or can anyone help?

    The same thing is happening to me. I can see the Volt benefit is applied on my account and it now says M250 instead of M125 but the download speed has not changed - still around 130mbps. What do I need to do to get the speed boost?
