no password reset email

I ordered Virgin Media on Saturday, but haven't had much communication to confirm delivery of equipment. I am trying to login to the app to check the delivery status but don't know my password. I have clicked on the forgot my password link but it's not sending me a password reset thing. I'm getting quite frustrated with your communication.

  • just to add - I've received no welcome email, which would presumably include my account number and area reference number to allow me to set up an account?

      Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

      Due to an incident at a warehouse operated by one of our third-party suppliers, some customers are experiencing delays receiving their orders. We are working with our partner to expedite deliveries as soon as possible, have directly contacted those customers affected to apologise and will keep them updated.

      I'm going to pop you a PM 📩 now so we can take a closer look into things.

  • Hey there, i know you've probably tried already but just incase, have you tried looking in the junk folder? As when I signed up some where going there and password link reset wont work as essentially dont have account yet, but yeah its weird if havent had that welcome email with the account number and area code, hopefully  someone gets back to you soon
