No option available in Apps to update to 360 ?

I received an email telling me how to update my box to the new 360 software, but there is no “update” app showing.

i have rebooted and disconnected from the mains but still no update showing. 

what should I do?

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

    We're sorry to hear there is no upgrade option available to you. Usually before the upgrade options appears, you'll need to confirm you're wanting to upgrade via My VM in order for a remote control to be sent to you. Have you already done this? If so and are waiting for your remote, you'll need to wait until it's received. Once received, the app to upgrade should then appear on your V6 box.
