No Installation Confirmation

I ordered a new TV and Broadband package on 24/01/25, I put down for an engineer installation date of 7/02/25 which is tomorrow, I am a little concerned as I have received no correspondence or confirmation of the installation going ahead since the order was made. 

I have only received pre-contract information at the time of ordering.

Is this normal with Virgin and will my installation go ahead.

    Call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and ask for an update.
