No equipment delivered

I ordered virgin media on 30th of November with a promised delivery for the 4th of December… since then I had no sort of communication from VM or neither any sort of equipment delivered. Spoke with VM customer services and still no clear responses in regard to when I’m receiving this … all I get you have to wait from an email from yodel!!! 7th day now still waiting.

    long story short: chemical spill at a warehouse, all deliveries cancelled, virgin for whatever reason decided not to tell customers proactively.

    We've had an issue at our warehouse which we're working to rectify, tracking will be updated as soon as your parcel is on its way. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, but we are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
