No engineer visit or salesman as promised

Hi all,

Managed to get through on the phone; to arrange an engineer appointment with a helpful call centre staff member but the virgin media sales rep does not answer his phone, nor did he turn up as promised on Friday AM and received the kit that afternoon with nowhere to hook it up as per instructions.

If this is posted in error in the wrong thread, forgive me, as new here. Will post back and update on Tuesday, have a good bank holiday in the UK everyone 😃

    The engineer was a great guy and helpful, and I said to him I would keave gpod feedback for him. Thanks for the message!
