New wall socket fitting

It will be possible to book an appointment for fitting a new wall socket at our hourse?

All the previous phone atempts failed.. there is no direct contact number i can find to sort this issue.

Any help will be appreciated.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  The standard non fault call out fee is £25.  You can also call: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

      Unfortunatelly this isnot an option anymore. At that number is a robot that does not offer any options.. just a predefined set of services that have nothing to do withmy request... Ive tried it multiple times.. nothing works.. is a never ending loop. same issue for the chat... 

      Is shoking to me how a company like VM is managing this request.
