New socket into building with a socket already?

I have just moved into a flat in a older building but in a city centre and there is a virgin fibre socket but at the other side of the building in a plant room. Long story short but we can't install a box from here due to distance and drilling ECT. Would Virgin install a new socket to service my apartment directly. I know it would likely come with a cost but my other option is 10mbps from a **bleep**ty open reach socket.
