New Media Hub router - charger not working.

Recently I have received new router and charger is not working... Had to buy spare one...

It's a joke. I thought that Virgin technicians are checking equipment.

    Where did you but a new a router from, because the router needs to be registered to your account?

    I have taken a look and the router looks online from our end, how has it been since Sunday for you?

      Because I bought my own charger for it. How else could I have broadband connection?

        We do recommend using 3rd party router parts. Did the engineer check over the equipment on the visit?
