New flat - Broadband available?

We’ve just loved to a new flat, but been told they can’t supply to us yet our neighbours have Virgin and we have box on our exterior wall. So why can’t we can’t virgin?

    We're sorry to hear you've been advised that we're unable to provide services to your address. When it comes to flats, it's not unusual to see this if you're in a block or above the ground floor. 

    We're not able to change this via the Community but you could try speaking to the Sales Team. They may be able to arrange a survey to see if it's possible to provide you with a service. You can reach them on 0800 183 1234.
