New deal offer after installation

I just had virgin Gig full fibre installed yesterday new virgin area, I noticed now they offering £75 credit for new costumers for same speed is there any way to claim that offer ?

I'm within my 14 days cooling off period shod I try costumer service or shod I cancel and just reorder ? i stile have bt running so cold use that in meantime.

They also missed my appointment time was between 8 to 1 and they came at 3:30 would that be a reason for compensation going by Ofcom rules of missed appointments.

    In regards to the £75 payment, similar 'just missed a deal' topics have been posted on here in the past but I can't recall anyone being able to claim a rebate payment they just missed out on for a different deal.

    Whether or not it is worth you cancelling and trying to sign up again, I think that depends on how much you value your time (and sanity). Trying to make contact with VM is time consuming. VM often struggles to do simple administrative things correctly. You may well be putting yourself forward for the worst of VM's administrative torture if you cancel your newly-working service and try to sign up again (which will include sending back equipment, closing down your existing account etc. etc.)

      Yup VM's ramshackle operations are the proverbial house of cards - mess with one card and you can be pretty sure of the result.

    Sorry you missed out on the £75 credit.

    If you're still within your 14-day right to cancel you can leave with no penalty fee.

    It's then just a matter of sending our equipment back and waiting 90 days before you can come back as a new customer.

    Throwing into the equation the new customer offer may well have changed then.
