New build not listed but Cable is in.

Hi, 

We are a new street with 4 new houses off a main road. 

We have pulled the VM cable into the each house from the main road which has also been connected to the VM network by the VM engineer and the line is tested and live. 

This was done 2 years ago.

But the addresses are still not listed on VM as being serviceable addresses so the houses can not order the VM service. 

I have called and no one know how to help, I cant get hold of the spotting team. Can someone help me please
