Need to disconnect/move cable due to Building work
Hi I’m trying to find out how to raise issue I need my connection into the house to be disconnected and reconnected after building work or if it can be moved to avoid it. Tried the online help and the call line but get disconnected

There is a £25 non-call-out fee.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
