Need connections covered with box

Hi 

 

Wondering if anyone from Virgin themselves can help please? I live in house converted to 3 flats and our one of the connections aren't covered at all so exposed to the elements. One set of connections are covered but another set on another side of wall aren't covered although a virgin technician said he weather proofed it. However I feel it definitely needs to be covered. Can we get help to have this arranged please? My neighbour recently had virgin broadband installed and this was when one set of connections was just weatherproofed as he didn't have a box to cover it. How can I get this arranged please asap as with autumn and winter coming the rain and water could effect the connections

    Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss

      Here is the snaps. One set of connections is missing the box. The other is covered. Reason there is two is apparently technicians said the one uncovered is main one with the cable coming from the virgin box down street then the one that's covered is another connection but as you can see it's covered. So need the wires and connections with a missing box covered

      I've tried adding the snaps. But says needs approval first. With wet weather coming in my area soon I need this sorting ASAP please Virgin

    Sooo here is the snaps of a virgin media agent can help and sort? On one side of wall box is covering the wires and connections. The either side where our main cable comes in is missing the box. Reason there is two is cause this was the main box and they created another box on other side many years ago it seems. So yes, I need another new box covering these connections.

    That bottom picture looks like a cable has been joined and fixed with a gel pack.  These are designed to be waterproof, so should be okay.  The other cable with the termination on is from the inside, so it's not connected to anything.  However a cover would tidy it up if nothing else.
