Need a longer isolator cable

Hi I’ve just received my start up pack and connected my tv box however I need a slightly longer isolator cable, how do I go about getting one of these?

    Try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.

    Explain what you need.  You may have to have a manned install to sort this out.
