My property not showing up in postcode checker
Hi All,
Virgin Media infrastructure was recently installed in our street and residents have been getting connected for the last 2 months or so. On the postcode checker - everyone on my street has availability, but not my property. My contract with Plusnet is ending soon and I really need to get signed up to Virgin ASAP. Is there any way of reporting the outage and getting my home connected? This is really frustrating! Help!
