Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the red light on your hub
I'd like to investigate this for you as we will need to send an engineer out and swap this over for you.Would you be able to make sure the Hub is away from any direct sources of heat and well ventilated.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.

finally problem solved, managed to speak to a very helpful Frenchman and a new hub should be sent to me in the next few days😁
