I run the management company that looks after a block of flats, on the exterior of the block there are several coverless boxes that I assume belong to Virgin Media, plus lots of hanging unsecured cables. Who do I contact to get these issues repaired and rectified.
As you are not a customer then it’s no use trying to phone customer services which is the normal course of action. Best to wait for a VM staff member to get to your post, may take a day or two.
