The Wi-Fi router was installed in the front room of the house, which is now a bedroom. I would like it to be moved into another room. I understand there is a fee which I am willing to pay. Please can I arrange an appointment to have it moved?

We're sorry to hear the hub is no longer in a suitable place. We can certainly arrange an engineer visit to move the hub. There is a one off fee of £25 for this which would be added to your next bill, after the visit has been completed.
