Moving Wall Socket

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to move the wall socket that the router/hub plugs into another room?
If so, how would I go about doing this?

Thanks

Do please keep us updated with how the visit goes and we'll be on hand to assist further if required, or if there are any faults with the services moving forward.

    Thanks,

  • The engineers arrived. Unfortunately had to decide against the wall socket installation but they gave their best advice on how to resolve my wider issue of not receiving my full speed in my office room via TP link wall adapter

Sorry the engineer was not able to complete your request to move the wall socket.

Booster and extenders will help with any coverage issue you may have in the home, we do offer our own extenders with our WiFi Max guarantee and WiFi pods. These do come at a £8 a month extra charge, but are free on some packages. You can find out more here should you want to look into them.

TP link are also a great alternative, but we would not be able to support any 3rd party networking equipment.
