Moving Virgin equipment to other side of room

Hi. I am looking to move my virgin equipment (tv, broadband, phone) from one side of my room to the other. Couldn’t find any such option on the website so have googled it and lots of results (and ChatGPT) say to call the customer services number to get an appointment for £25 However just tried this and couldn’t find a single option that fitted the description! So, frustrating I was driven to press the cancel my contract button! Also thought I would get the chat icon up at some point with the infamous WhatsApp chat.  So finally thought I would try this lovely forum and see if anyone has tried to do this recently or if someone from virgin is resting this s d can tell me what to do, waiting to book in my new media wall installation so would like to get it sorted!!!!! Thanks

Don't expect any IVR (or automated bot) to cover every permutation.

Choose the options for "I have a fault" or whatever is closest to "speak to an agent". The IVR is a means to and end, to book a tech visit.

Otherwise, forum staff should be along in due course.
