Moving The Router To The Other Side Of The Room

Hello,

I believe there's a system/arrangement whereby for a fixed fee a Virgin Media engineer can relocate the incoming cable to facilitate moving the router?

Is this a request via customer services or is there an alternate route to get this done please?

Any advice gratefully accepted

    There will be a fee of £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
