Moving the hub

I want to move our hub from upstairs bedroom to downstairs living room. Impossible to book it via the website so can VM please contact me? Happy to pay the fee.

    There would be a £25 non fault call out charge (it used to be £99) to do the work you require.

    You should call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, option 2 (Faults) 

    Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

    We can arrange the engineer visit to relocate the hub. As advised, there is a £25 call out charge for these types of requests. This is applied to your next generated bill after the appointment is completed.
