      Hi Stephen20251 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, we can certainly look into relocating your Hub to another location this does incur a £25 charge that will be applied to your next bill should you choose to go ahead. Please let us know if you wish to proceed and we will bring you in for a private message to get this arranged.

  • Hello Stephen20251 👋

We're sorry to hear the process moving your hub has been made so difficult for you. Thank you for flagging this to us.

The 130Mbps WiFi speed indicates that we have met all terms in our contractual terms & conditions. As this would not be to rectify a fault, the technician call out charge would be £25.00.

Would you like us to look into having this booked for you?

Far better to just run an Ethernet cable, if your playing games WiFi is a no-no.

    Hi Stephen20251 👋.

Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear you are not getting the speeds that you would like due to a signal strength issue, I am not sure who you spoke to or where you got the information but it does not come at a cost of £100 for a relocation. So that we can look further into your issues we would need to bring you in for a private message, please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

    Thanks.

Hi Sabrina. Is this £100 a policy change from the old £25 non fault fallout?

@jpeg Sabrina_b and Jamaal_a have both stated that the charge is £25 not £100.

  • Go and buy a cheap length of shielded co-axial cable and replace the cable from the VM wall box to your hub with this, in the new position. Think it cost me £5.99 for a 25ft length from local electronic shop.
