The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
With an external cable re-routing request, this is a different process than an internal re-wire or equipment relocation request.
This may not be possible to re-route the cables as you're requesting, and any construction work needed may be chargeable. Are there any concerns you have for the cabling, which is the reason you're requesting it to be moved, or is it that you're just having work done on your property, like an extension?
