Moving house question

Hi there.

 I’m moving house across town and I’ve noticed when I’ve looked around the property that the TV and Internet points are in the lounge (like a normal person).

I would need these in the upstairs bedroom, will there be an additional charge or do I just explain this when I start the home move process?

    If you move the hub upstairs the result will be inferior WiFi downstairs.

    There'd normally be a £25 charge in order to have points placed elsewhere in a property, but we'd suggest explaining the request to our dedicated movers team when you start the process.

    The best number on which to contact them is 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. The options you'd need to select are one, then four, then three.
