Moving Home
Hello,
I went to view a property today to rent and the landlord and I agreed that we could have the property and move in when ready provided the normal checks. I said i would check broadband as i work from home and require a consistent stable connection to be able to work.
Upon checking the address it says not available in the area. When i called Customer services, they said they can send an engineer but i would have to wait 6-8 weeks. But didnt explain what would happen next.
i don't want to agree to moving into the property and pay all included fees, without some hope i can get a full fibre into the property.
What would you advise or who in virgin media could help with this?
