Moving home to new build property address not find in VMdatabase

Hi I will be moving out to New build property in 2 days and address is not showing in VM database .I would like to know how can I take the current VM services to the new address.I. believe its a VM network covered area (guessing VM box is fixed outside our wall)

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties ascertaining if services are available at your new property. I take it you have already tried searching via our postcode checker ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/postcode-checker ?

    It may be that a site survey needs to be completed to ensure services are possible at the new address if they are not currently listed. We can raise a request for the team to check the address and get back in touch too.
