Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties ascertaining if services are available at your new property. I take it you have already tried searching via our postcode checker ๐ https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/postcode-checker ?
It may be that a site survey needs to be completed to ensure services are possible at the new address if they are not currently listed. We can raise a request for the team to check the address and get back in touch too.
We sadly can't offer support in arranging a Move & Transfer to a new address, for this you will need to speak to the team via Webchat or call ๐Call: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111.
