How do I arrange an appointment for an engineer to come and move the inlet box for our Virgin Media cable or get a custom cable extension done?
Have seen previous chats that you can get a 3m cable sent out but that won’t be long enough, so we need the inlet box moved or a custom extension.

We offer a co-axial cable of 5, 10, 15m. Would any of those be enough for you?
If not, we can send an engineer out but it would cost £25 for a relocation.

Hi. I had thought from earlier posts they only went to 3 metres. Would be grateful to try a 10 metre cable please. Thank you
