Moving a fibre cable

Hello there,

I need the cable from my wall socket either replaced or shortened as we are moving things in the house around. Could someone please contact me so we can arrange an appointment? I understand that there will be a fee of around £25.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
