Missing hub for new house

I ordered a hub for the new house last week. We have just moved in today and haven't heard anything regarding when it will arrive. I tried online chat but that was not helpful. I then tried calling, but I need an account or telephone number to get through, to which we have neither. Please could somebody let me know where our new hub is?

    Hi Hayleyeap

    You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them what's happening.

    They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

    (It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)

    If you are expecting just a Hub for self install, that assumes the house already has a Virginmedia connection installed. Have you confirmed it is there?
