Missing address

Hi,

I’ve recently moved into a new build property and wanted to become a new customer I have registered the address on the post office website afew weeks ago, when checking your post code checker all addresses for the street are present bar mine and two others ( which are the new builds on an existing street).

Is there anything I can do to find out a time scale to be expected for a future installation of broadband services, as I’ve had nothing helpful from customer service when on the phone.

The property has ducting fitted from the roadside to the building.

many thanks in advance

Aaron

  • Hello Aaronheatley.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear you haven't had much luck when calling to enquire about possibility of joining us.

We can contact our expansion team from here for you and see if we can get an update.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to take some details.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
    Regards

        Hello Aaronheatly.

Sorry you've not heard anything back.

I've just chased this up again now for you.

Hoping to have an update in the next few days.

  • Thanks you very much for your details Aaronheatley.

What I have done is pass your details over to our Non serviceable property team to take a look network and see if it's possible to get you connected.

The usual turnaround around for investigation and contacting you is 10 days.

Might be best to keep an eye on your mobile for a call between 9am and 1pm over the next week or so.

Can you please keep me posted if you haven't heard anything at all by the end of next week.
