Looking for a extension cable for relocation my hub

Hi,

I need to reposition router to a better location for WiFi, how do I go round getting one please ?

    Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss with you.  I believe the pre made cables come in 5, 10 and 15 metre lengths.

    Thanks for contacting us via the forums in regards to your hubs relocation, we appreciate you letting us know and we're happy to help. Welcome to the community.

    There are two options, if you're comfortable moving the Hub yourself we can send a longer cable or we can arrange for a technician to attend and relocate it for you but this comes with a £25 standard charge.

    Let us know and we'll be happy to assist with arranging either of these options.

      Thanks for your reply, I am comfortable moving the hub by myself, would be appreciated if you could arrange 5M cable for me.
