I need a longer coaxial cable to go from the wall box to my hub, when the engineer did the installation 2 years ago he only fitted a one metre length ( behind my TV) . This means I can't move the hub to try to improve the wifi signal as per Virgins online advice! I have tried calling support, using the chat but to no avail. Can anyone advise on how I can get Virgin to send me a longer cable? Thanks

We're sorry to hear that the cable installed with the hub is too short. We can supply a new cable in lengths of 5M, 10M or 15M. Let us know if any of these are suitable, and if so, which one you would like.
If none are suitable, then we can arrange a visit with an engineer to move the hub to where you would like it to go.
