Longer cable

How do I order the 3m cable? Is it free?

    Are you able to elaborate on what you're requesting? What cable is it that you need? If you require relocation or rewiring work, it would be £25 for an engineer to complete this request.

      Hi, sorry for not clarifying. It's the cable from the wall box to the router. I understand there is a 3m and possibly a 5m, cable available. Please confirm how they can be ordered.
