Issues with wall socket
There is no connection coming from my wall socket in the house. Tried to contact the number given as need an engineer to look at it now but when phone it keeps saying that it doesn't recognise my account no. even though its one provided on the email sent! Also tried registering my account online to request engineer and also having issues with that as well. So at this point I have no one to contact and no WiFi. Still within 14 day cooling period so if can't get it fixed ASAP then I'll need to cancel.
