Is my connection getting cut off after a text and email I received?
Good day to you all,
I am currently on virgin media for fibre and tv but this morning I got a weird text and email with the following message,
We recently got in touch to tell you Virgin Media broadband was available in your home. Unfortunately, due to unexpected technical problems, some more things still need to be set up. This means our broadband isn't ready to use just yet.
We're sorry for the delay and we're working quickly to sort things out. We'll keep you updated and let you know in the coming weeks when it's up and running.

The message is strange as I am already connected and have been so for some months? I was wondering if anyone else got this message as it is worrying me a bit now as I home school my daughter and I'm now worried the internet is going to go off.
I have tried live chat but that is just waiting and waiting and bit getting through to anyone.
