Is it just me, or does Virgin Media turn into a pumpkin at midnight

My internet works just fine throughout the day how ever once it get past midnight it just turns to straight dog **bleep**. I will be on my phone or computer and if I open two tabs at once or run a program and open something else in the background my internet decides to have a spasm attack. Please let me know if anyone else has this problem.

    It’s when the technicians lose their glass slippers and have to go back to work on the network.

    Yes possibly

    I find my router used to turn to crap at midnight. Literally disconnected anything connected over WiFi. I think some maintenance process.

    I called to complain. The agent said there were "no known issues", but coincidentally whatever was happening every night at midnight stopped.
