Is it just me, or does Virgin Media turn into a pumpkin at midnight

My internet works just fine throughout the day how ever once it get past midnight it just turns to straight dog **bleep**. I will be on my phone or computer and if I open two tabs at once or run a pr...

Yes possibly

I find my router used to turn to crap at midnight. Literally disconnected anything connected over WiFi. I think some maintenance process.

I called to complain. The agent said there were "no known issues", but coincidentally whatever was happening every night at midnight stopped.
