INTERMITTENT WIFI

Good Morning Sir
                Please help.
               I have been a loyal customer of Virgin Media for a very long time ( since 1987 through 3 different addresses) .
               I have been having a problem with my broadband service for over the last TWO years. The WIFI service in my home keeps dropping all the time. I have complained to your customer services on numerous times but they just don't seems to understand my problem.  Recently they changed my router but the WIFI still keeps dropping all the time. It is very hard to actually speak to a human being at your customer Services.
            All I am asking for is that you provide a working service for the price I am paying for.  As you seems to put prices up every year more than the inflation and not care about the service provided.
            Thanking you in advance for your kind c0-operation in this matter. Look forward to hearing from you very soon.

KIND REGARDS
MAHESH GANDHI

    Do Ethernet connections drop as well as WiFi? We need to know as to which course to pursue.

        Hi there MAHESHGANDHI1

        Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.

        I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your service and thank you again for posting. I have taken a look on our side and I cannot see that there are any issues on our side that could be causing this.

        Can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;
        • Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode),
        • Don't log in, click on 'router status'
        • Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.
        Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc
        Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum
