Hi there MAHESHGANDHI1
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you here.
I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your service and thank you again for posting. I have taken a look on our side and I cannot see that there are any issues on our side that could be causing this.
Can you post your Hub status and logs? How to do this;
• Please go to http://192.168.0.1 (or http://192.168.100.1 - if in modem mode),
• Don't log in, click on 'router status'
• Copy/paste the data from each of the tabs as text into a 'REPLY' as opposed to 'QUICK REPLY'. Please do not include your MAC address.
Also, set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum
have you actually read the reply above before posting that non helpful post - the user says wired connections are ok so that more than suggests the connection is good - so the stats and BQM are going to say nothing but all is good your side
so sit down and add a post about how to improve wifi from the dire hubs VM supply - i hope they have filled you in on tha - if not then theres plenty of help on here
tt the OP - if wired connections are good then its [obviously] a wifi problem - i have no idea if they still do pods - if so request some of those - it used to be that you could get up to 3 foc for poor wifi - they may or may not help
what will help is putting the rubbish hub into modem mode and buying your own router or mesh system - the hub VM supply would make one from pound shop look good - in other words its rubbish
