intermittent signal in your area
Hello, so i have the same problem since 26 december, im calling almost every week with the same problem. When i call they say there is no problem at all. Yesterday ive called, they said there was a problem with a cable somewhere in the area. And they just "found out" now. They gave me an instant compensation but i dont need that, i just want my internet to work as it should. Ive been with VM for like 6 years almost and never had this major issue. Theyve changed my hub 3 to hub 5 but the issue still there. I dont know what else to do, all my games are lagging on my ps5, lag spikes non stop. It only works "good" after 11 12 pm when everyone is sleeping. Please help. Thank you
