intermittent signal in your area

Hello, so i have the same problem since 26 december, im calling almost every week with the same problem. When i call they say there is no problem at all. Yesterday ive called, they said there was a problem with a cable somewhere in the area. And they just "found out" now. They gave me an instant compensation but i dont need that, i just want my internet to work as it should. Ive been with VM for like 6 years almost and never had this major issue. Theyve changed my hub 3 to hub 5 but the issue still there. I dont know what else to do, all my games are lagging on my ps5, lag spikes non stop. It only works "good" after 11 12 pm when everyone is sleeping. Please help. Thank you

      It's disappointing to hear of the ongoing connection issues experienced and the problems getting this resolved, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums and welcome to the community.

      Have you ran the tests and checks of your equipment and connection here? This should diagnose any issues and allow you to book a technician to look into this further?

  • Ive done every test possible, the problem still there every day, in the morning its all good, and after midnight the same. It works perfect. In the afternoon its the problem when "everyone" is home, i mean the neigbours. I have and appointment booked for saturday afternoon to see if the technician can see the issue

  • So the technician has been here, nothing solved, he changed some cables but the issue still there, i dont know what else to do, im getting angry already

      Thanks for coming back to us, Claudio. What did the engineer advise, during the visit to your home?

  • To wait this week to see if there is any change but i can see there is absolutly no change at all, he said i might need a new cable cause its something from the network problem
