I am losing the will to live. We initially reported a problem 7 weeks ago when we upgraded to a higher internet speed. The internet speed can go up to 900+mbps but at any point drops out and can be unusable for hours at a time. An engineer came out initially on 17 June and checked the indoor cabling then said the issue is outside. About a week later 2 more engineers came and checked outside cabling and said the issue is further out and would require a repull. We then contacted again and were told the repull would be done on 1 July. On 1 July, still having issues my son contacted VM and was told the repull had been done and he should wait for the cabling to settle down for a few hours and it should work fine. 2 July I spoke with VM and was told the repull HAD NOT been done. i was then told it was booked for 24th July. Now on 25th July I am being told it still HAS NOT BEEN DONE. My internet is still intermittent meaning work is being lost or unable to be completed, streaming is out the window causing loss of income, my daughter has missed multiple online mental health appointments ..... the list of losses is endless. I am literally sick to death of being lied to and told stories by VM staff and up to date nobody can answer as to why VM have sold us a service that you have been unable to deliver yet you want us to pay a bill? It takes a long time to get through a very tedious automated service to then be told you are doing all you can. This is having an adverse affect on my daughters mental health who struggles with ADHD AND Autism and the constant dismissive attitude from VM and the lies we have been told is affecting my anxiety and depression. VM you are a huge company. Why are you not doing better? Someone needs to take the reigns and sort this mess out because I am tired of call centres telling me a manager will call me back and nobody ever does. This service at this point is less than disgusting. When are we going to get a solution?

Sorry to read about your woes and difficulties here .. life revolves these days around communication either essential work, social activities and your family pleasures and the www and internet plays a massive part .. looks like its a pathetic big let down by VM for you .. hey you should change your ISP if you can and get your life back on track after the VM debacle that you have accurately described as above .. costs .. moving could be well worth if it could improve health issues and well being .. money well spent I say .. have you considered all options .. cancelling.. other ISP providers availble ..wireless systems inc starlink ..you may consider many adjectives to describe VM but appalling is accurate and apt.. good luck hope you get sorted

With repulls, there can be many reasons why they are consistently delayed and quite often it is out of our control sadly.
