Intermittent internet

Hi started a new deal on 9th October 2024,they give me a new remote and new speed 350 ,nothing but trouble not getting the speed I should have ,then they sent me a white pod ,still not getting the speed I should be getting checked the app connect run speed test 140 there saying it's intermittent internet been like this since the new deal ๐Ÿ˜ก

    What are speeds like on a computer/laptop connected to the Hub directly on an ethernet cable?

    Also donโ€™t forget the WiFi speed guarantee is only 30mb.
